Three current tenants are easy going, full-time employees that come and go to their different schedules, occasional meals can be shared but generally you will cook and prepare your own meals. House features consist of practical kitchen and meals/sitting area, cosy lounge room with very efficient gas heating, large rear verandah and backyard, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, double garage, as well as space for 2 other vehicles. Looking for easy going person, no smoking inside however will consider smokers who don't mind smoking outside.
