Kenmore Park 1880s Homestead on Half Acre +
Built during the 19th century and now a significant part of Kenmores historical record, Kenmore Park stands proud atop 2507m2 of elevated level land.
Set back from the street and character-filled, much of the original four room house remains including the bead board walls, six cedar doors, corrugated iron roof and the dual sided fireplace (complete with oolite limestone mantle). A deep veranda (added in the 1920s) also allows the original rooms to enjoy direct external access.
However the internal layout has been significantly altered over time with an extensive, more modern addition working to provide for supplementary living spaces.
