Welcome to a one off architecturally designed home built in 2003 by Richard Gill Homes.
The brief the owners gave the architect was clear but not simple.
We want a home that has a relaxed yet stylish feel that allows for easy living and entertaining. The floor plan must suit kids from infants to 20 plus year olds.
It must have a wing for the kids that focuses around a large activity room / lounge room for them, that also can be used as a study. It must have an open plan kitchen / meals and family room that takes in the northern sun exposure and this area must have views of the pool.
We need a separate lounge for "chilling out" and a games room that flows seamlessly to the outdoor entertainment area.
Keep it smart, clean lines but we like the feel of high ceilings and a bit of country.
