As Gungahlin expands further and further North, homes positioned here- such as 25 Kosciuszko Ave (with only one turn away from Gungahlin Drive) makes life so much easier for families and cuts your driving time down considerably in reaching the rest of Canberra. On top of the easy access through to the rest of Canberra you are less than a 5 minute drive from the Gungahlin marketplace and only a walk away from local schools such as Burgmann Anglican School (the kids don't have to cross a main road to get there) and Palmerston Primary school. If public transport is also important there is a bus stop virtually at your front door.
