Well, I must say it still hasn't sunk in. We were blown away with the result of our recent Auction sale success at 24 Rossmore Crescent, Rossmore.
I hope you already know this, but let me repeat it again just to make sure! We are crediting this fantastic result to you. Yes, we understand that there has to be potential buyers willing to pay the money, however, it is obvious that you have done an amazing job to get them in the room, and get them to bid to that price. To get people interested to visit the property, then build that relationship with them to get them to make offers and build this ongoing interest and maintaining it over the month till the auction has been a delicate and skilful balancing act which we have observed, and you have orchestrated. Then to get 4 buyers in the room last night and coach them to the final purchase price was a skill we enjoyed watching (even though I was feeling sick watching it all!). We also very much appreciated the other staff there, in particular, as it happens, your family. We watched Brent work very hard with the father/son bidders and Melinda was very reassuring, continually checking in with us and making sure we were okay.
From our first meeting over 2 years ago now, you have conducted your work with integrity, honesty, openness and a sense of humour.
