female wanted to share 3 bedroom with one professional male. Can be part time or short term. Lovely sunny bedroom, virtually own main bathroom (with bath) directly opposite in hall. Partly furnished bedrrom if desired. Complex has pool, sauna, etc etc. Rent includes electricity and internet local wireless. Car space subject to discussion. I am away about 5-6 weeks pa and it is a shame to have this place so empty. Spare bedroom is study with desk library and double bunk beds for friends if any stay for a while. So pretty neat package and lovely to face the morning sun and read and eat breakfast.
