Great house in FANTASTIC location...a quiet street close to the buzz of St Kilda, Acland St and Fitzroy St, and just a stroll to the beach. Close to transport, shops, bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants. Great place to call home, with opportunities to make new friends.
The house & room is fully furnished and rent includes all bills (including local phone calls- good for calling card, broadband wireless internet, cable TV and a cleaner once a week as well!). So no extra bills to pay. Long or medium term welcome- 3 months or more. This house is a large mansion with many rooms: two kitchens, 5 fridges, 2 washing machines, 4 bathrooms and two big balconies with views and a BBQ.

Two rooms:
1) Available now: the room is large and includes queen sized bed, desk, wardrobe, high speed internet cable in room and wireless, builtin double wardrobe, freshly painted, lock on bedroom door. Picture in add is of a similar room. This room would suit a couple at $240/week or a single at $200/week
2) Available now 19/06/2008 for one month (if you are looking for something long term this might be a good to start with), one normal sized room (still pretty big) with Double bed, upstairs, big window over looking balcony with view, wardrobe, small desk, network point to cable internet, lock on door. This room would suit a single person and is currently $185/week or a couple at $225/week.
