Sometimes I list a property and I just get so impatient to get it online. I know the places that buyers love. Its the ones that are fresh, clean, open and positively hum with awesomeness.
When you get the chance to list a 2 year old, two bedrooms townhouse, you wouldnt normally be filled with excitement, but when that home also has gas ducted heating, split system air con, huge lounge, stone bench tops, ensuite effect and a massive decking you get an absolute buzz.
