This agency makes no attempt to look after the landlord and is far keener on looking after the tenant. Great if you are a tenant, but completely at odds with how things should be since it is the landlord who pays their fees! Catherine was rude and unhelpful and frankly should not be in any form of 'service industry' as there is no service given. Who allows a tenancy to expire on Christmas Eve??? Who allows no review of damage??? Seriously, this is an amateur company who have no right to call themselves managing agents. Be aware and go elsewhere! | | |
