| POSTED TO CARLIN: WORST rental company I have ever dealt with. - Refused to return bond - Never replies to emails!! Have to email multiple times to get a response - Every time we call, we are told you will call back but you never do - We got a new property manager and weren’t notified our old one had left - The owner of the house SOLD IT and it was purchased by someone else and we were NEVER EVEN TOLD in any formal communication - We renewed the lease with a decreased weekly amount and as soon as we received the contract we signed it and sent it back (which you confirmed you received via email) - Months later, the rental amount on the receipts still hasn’t been changed and you are still trying to charge us the larger amount even after the new contract was sent back so we are in arrears. - We keep being told we have a part payment overdue, due to the system expecting the sum of the old weekly payment and we are paying the new amount which is damaging our rental history. - After many tries to contact you to have this fixed, we are now told that you never even received the new contract? - We have been in the house on the new lease for several months and you only now say we havnt even signed the new lease (which you confirmed we had successfully sent back to you only days after you sent it to us)? Why would you let us stay here and not follow up if there is missing paperwork on your end (which isn’t actually missing)?? This just feels like an excuse made up to cover for the fact that you didn’t update details at your end. Tenants who left the house when we renewed the lease are still receiving reminders to pay rent, bills, receipts and other personal information even after they have vacated the premise and are no longer on the lease. Isn’t this a huge privacy problem? Why did no one respond to our worries and queries in the first place. We have now had many “overdue” payments against our names (and the names of people who don’t even live here anymore) even after we have done the right thing and sent you the correct documents on time. We even actively chased you up on why the details were still wrong and they still havnt been fixed. Utterly disgraceful. | |
