Williams Real Estate is a locally owned and operated company that commenced business in Douglas Parade, Williamstown in April 1982 and re-located to our present location at 75 Ferguson Street, Williamstown in May 1991. In September 2012, Williams opened their Leasing Department right next door, becoming 75 – 77 Ferguson Street. Katie Smith and Michael Harvey are the Directors of the business taking over from its founder and Managing Director John Williams, continuing over 30 years of continuous service. Williams Real Estate is widely respected throughout the community as leaders in the real estate profession and are extremely proud of their reputation as trusted experts.
