| 評論 | | By Landlord - 2021年12月06日, 評價: 很差 | I’m a landlord but my properties were not suitable for my sons needs so we rented a property from Natalie who is a sole trader under the name of Acclaim. I wish I had read the many negative reviews about her conduct before we entered in the rental with her. Renters beware of this agent. She did not supply rent receipts for payments made. On leaving the property we left it very clean, garden very well looked after. She commented that the property had been well looked after. Trees and shrubs had grown well due to our care. My son has rented for years and never experienced any problems with other agents. Natalie would not sign to have bond returned to us after we vacated the property. She said she felt the property should have been cleaner. My son had paid for a cleaner to do the final clean. We knew the property was clean and she had moved new tenants in the day after we vacated. I had checked the house and thought that it was cleaner than when we moved in. Natalie then said the curtains should have been hand washed by us and all the shrubs and trees cut back down to the ground as small as when we began the tenancy. All absolutely unbelievable and not reasonable at all.
After 6 weeks she still had not produced any receipts / invoices for the work she said she had to have done. I emailed and asked for copies of the invoices she said she had paid but she never replied. She claimed against the bond for over $800 of work that she had not provided any proof of.
Renter beware she uses her position to mistreat good tenants and is not reasonable or moral in her dealings. She nit picks at every little thing and does not do as required by her. In 2 years I had two inspections. She would not provide the reports on the second one and when it came to vacating all she found was problems. Problems that had never been bought to my attention previously. Previously I had been a model tenant and always kept the property clean, tidy and well presented. I have never dealt with such a difficult real estate agent.
