| I wish i had made this research. I rented a brand new apartment from them and they were crappy. There was so much defects when we moved in and the apartment was so dirty!! They cant even resolve a simple thing, i.e. to give me a working swipe card!!! | |

| AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Please do not make the same mistake that we've made. The building we moved into was new but had a lot of defects. Problems with humps and sewer smell in the unit. Humps eventually fixed but not the sewer smell. Some power outlets have 'buzzing' sounds. The tap began to corrode from inside and tap eventually had tiny holes so that water can escape. Tried to have this fixed but agent tried to blame this on us. I complained and this rude guy came in to 'inspect' the tap and concluded we didn't destroy it. Was told it will be fixed but it wasn't. Also, there was a lot of annoying 'defect inspections' during the first year but no routine inspection made. When contract was renewed we had 2 routine inspections in 3 months. We eventually had enough so we moved out and had to pay the break fee lease...but no regrets as we never have to deal with these clowns ever again! PS you have to use their recommended cleaners to avoid delays in giving back your bond. Please avoid renting from them if you can or you will regret it. | |

| This real estate agent is the worst!!! I wish i had looked up reviews before signing a lease agreement with them! Absolute rubbish! Any repairs we request results in them sending out a PIA rep to 'inspect', when clearly they have no idea. The tradie who was sent out informed us that he was pressured by them to blame a building plumber issue on us so that we absorb any repair costs... Property managers change ever couple of months with no warning or notification, they can barely manage to reply to phone calls, texts and emails. The reception staff and the majority of employees cant speak english and are completly racist. Our first property manager told us that you cant work for them unless you are chinese, dont get me started on the anti discrimination laws they are breaking there. They cannot reply to several emails, but promtly send out routine inspection dates (at their convinience via email!!) Rent was increased while there were alot of reasons for it to go down or stay the same, after further investigation the reason our landlord increased rent due to a long list of repairs which we had not requested and had not been done, something very dodgy happening. I will never, i repeat, never deal with PIA again. | |
