The property managers are rude and reply without a thought. logic is a distant dream for them. Most of the times they will instantly reply to your maintenance request saying that it's the responsibility of the tenant or simply that we will talk the owner and get back to you. Then they are lost for weeks and months unless you remind them of fair trading.
Bottom line: beware. They are as sweet as sugar when you see them during open home but once you become a tenant then they just become something like a defense lawyer for the landlord. They are only concerned with their commission.

I have dealt with this agent through both, property management and home sale. I found the service very poor and the principal Colin very rude, offensive and nasty. It is apparently normal business practice to dismiss your instructions, and breach your privacy. I have moved my property management to another agent and refuse to deal with this agent any longer.
