I would avoid them at all costs they lack in repairs when you pay your rent on time they still done do the repairs and they keep making up lies after lies and they rent other houses that are better then the one your in for less then what your paying for with no repairs needed I think its wrong and there making people look like less then nothing and my question would be why should I have to pay all this money out for a house that needs alot of repairs but other people that earn less get better houses and repairs done | | | By Tenant - 02 Jan 2014, Rate: poor | | Well I'll recommend avoiding them as much as possible. I rented property through them and faced lots of issues: 1) Agent response is very slow and incase you need any fixing at property they do not understand the urgency. It took me around two months of continuous follow-up to get someone to come out and look at my shower as the whole tiles in my shower are coming off and there is water behind the wall and they still haven't done the repair They don't even respond to emails and phone on time. 2) never reached them. | | | By Landlord - 14 Oct 2013, Rate: poor | I agree with you 100% Moonee Valley Real Estate are unsatisfactory when it come's to looking after there rental property's I use to rent with Moonee Valley Real Estate and from the time I moved into my house there had been problems with it I rang them everyday telling them about the problems and nothing was done about it I would break the lease and report them and go and seek another real estate I am with GMP Real estate and there are great I have never has a problems with them if I needed something done they would do it within 24 hours and there nice to deal with I will inbox on how to go about this problem
