| Reviews | | By Tenant - 10 May 2019, Rate: bad | | WANGING!!! Don't use this service if you can. Ellen is the most incompetent propety manager I have ever had to deal with. I rented a place from her in Mount Lawley which had a few things that needed fixing but after 12 months of living there she decided that it was too hard to do. From the first day I moved in the letter box to the unit was not lockable and asked to have it fixed. This never got done until I moved out. The fridge that was suppled broke and was replaced with a fridge half the size, when I asked her about it she just told me that I should move out. I had a tissue holding up a power socket and again told she would get it fix which never happen. Once I sent a brecth notice to her she became very aggressive towards myself saying that I had to be careful as she was the one that had to give me reference and if I went down that road then who knows what will be say. Was told that I was a renters job to call her every week to have something fixed as i was not her job to chase it up. Which beggs the question what does she get paid to do. | | |
