Absolute disgrace. I took the property as is 2 and a bit years ago, weeds hip high, rubbish through the gardens (which i left there as i was not cleaning up that shit), trash around the shed, old appliances still at the property, fence broken and several holes and broken slats. Inside the house was just as bad. Old carpet still in the house, dust, paint, ants, cockroaches, piles of rubbish, holes in the flyscreens, grout and mould throughout. Disgusting. My mistake was taking as is because now im getting blamed for all of that even though it was like that before i moved in.
Just over 2 years of asking, requesting, phone calls, emails, text msgs, even going in and filling out the maintenance forms - well that did nothing it took me to send them a breach to get the general maintenance done and i get evicted. Didnt even give a damn that myself and 3 kids would be homeless and blacklisted me for what, standing my ground and breaching them.Oh and the dumb arse property manager says he doesnt understand what general maintenance is. Well im sorry but that means you dont no how to do your job properly and you shouldnt be working in Real Estate. Lying on the reports, taking photos of my personal stuff, not sending all the paperwork and photos in between inspections, failing me every time even though the house was always clean.
Always got told they couldnt get hold of the owner and that "they will keep trying". Or they wouldnt even respond/reply, get back to me. Pure laziness if you ask me. Then on the paperwork you recieve when moving it states.. " Please leave the property in the SAME STATE OR BETTER". Well i didnt clean it properly, but it still looked better and cleaner when i left and i dont get my bond back.
Money hungry, lazy, disgraceful, lying. There is so many other words but wouldnt be appropriate.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE TO ANYONE ALL BECAUSE OF 1 PERSON. Such a shame because the lady i had when i first moved in was lovely then i get a lowlife, stick shoved up his arse, up himself, thinks his better than everyone else, extremely rude BOY (NOT MAN, BOY BECAUSE HE DEFINATELY DIDNT ACT LIKE AN ADULT).
DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL, RUDE.
