If you want your property to be managed properly - Do not go with Joyce Property.
Extremely lazy unknowledgable Property Managers that like to lie to people then act dumb when you point the obvious out. The management is no better. Disgusted with my experience with this real estate. NEVER AGAIN.

As a tenant, these people were nothing but a headache to deal with. So many times our emails went unresponded regarding maintenence issues. We ended up having to contact the Owner ourselves to address these issues. This is neglectful behavior in the management of a property. And the consistent changing of their Property Management staff is unsettling to say the least. Avoid at all costs.

Can't even get them to give me their rates or respond to messages. Would hate to see how hard it would be once they had our money. Glad I read the reviews before signing up with them.
