Unprofessional. We stayed for 5 years as they went through Property Managers. After our tennants had notified them for over 18 months of an email address change they continued to send water bills to an old email address then send late payment txts through making them fe terrible for not paying on time. Repeat visits to the office where they were assured on many occasions that the correct email was on file, it was me who finally asked what they had on file only to find out it was wrong. Had to insist they apologise fod their mistake to our tennants-a begrudging apology was offered with no acceptance of fault by their office. Couoled with the promised quaterly inspections Nothing happening and now very little assistance in transferring property management back to us not we've notified them we wont be continuing. Even that didnt warrant a "can I ask why....?". Wouldnt recommend them to anyone now.
