We had such an awful experience with this agent we bought a house to get away from them. This agent will not act honestly towards their tenants, they do not do their job or allow you quiet enjoyment of the property. Give them and their landlords a wide berth. Incidentally, they were so pleased we got our whole deposit back but the lack of consideration we were subjected to during our tenancy was breathtaking
