The house had not been cleaned, items were missing, damage had been caused to the property, a skip had to be brought in at my expense to remove the tenants rubbish, a dog had been kept on the premises when the lease said no pets - the carpets had to be removed because of excessive staining and the smell of dog remaining in the carpet even after having been professionally cleaned. No explanation forthcoming from 2nd avenue. | | |
