Recommending and favoring a tenant the agent knew personally. Periodically paying rent into my account after long discussions. At the end a beautiful spotless house was a mess: dirty, fire & smoke office room, render entry wall smashed anf falling, flyscreens broken, walls and floor dirty, big dog inside, etc,etc. Tenants left WITH notice, agents "inspected" the property and hurried to released the bond despite my written request that the rent hasn't even been paid and the house is uninhabitable. Daniela did't even wants to acknowledge that the right rent was not paid and denying that rent is still due, she couldn't even show me how cash/payments register match her office period statements and Bank payments.. Only after long discussions Daniela Agreed that $3000 was still due to be paid. The house was supposed to be re-let so I clean up few days including repainting more than half and then they engaged someone to do the rest on the clear understanding that these expenses will be deducted from bond (I didn't know yet that the bond was released). Daniela Vella - director, was paying the cleaners from my due to be paid rent! claiming that was wear and tear! To say that conduct was unprofessional is understating. The conduct was deliberate & criminal. | | |
