Woeful property managers. Do yourself a favour and stay away. The directors are shady shady shady! The staff are useless (the only half decent ones left in 2017, not surprisingly). The staff turnover is ridiculous ! Their routine inspections are pathetic, they will tell me that my tenants needs to remove bugs from light shades but can't pick up that there is a water stain on my ceiling! They say they have approved tenants waiting to go, yet my property sat vacant for months, despite me following every recommendation they made to reduce the rent. They don't open weekends so miss out
On appt of opportunity to show the home to prospective tenants. As soon as I changed agents, they increased the rent and within 2 weeks I had new tenants moving in. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. P.s their fees are some of the highest out there!

This is the absolute worst agency I have ever come across - as a tenant they pander to you but don't keep you informed of your rights or keep proper entry and exit records so this can work for or against you. As an owner they are appalling - they hire young females who lack experience or knowledge, and if you escalate matters the Principal disregards your issues and sends them back to the person who caused the issues in the first place. This is a poorly managed agency that has caused me thousands of dollars due to poor management and lack of knowledge. They not only under priced my home for rental, they only found poor quality tenants who destroyed my place and they didn't even pick up most of the damages in their inspections and didn't act when the tenants were discovered to be causing damages. They even tried to pretend the sub standard repairs the tenant undertook were my fault when I identified the damages. The service is appalling, most of the time they do respond reasonably quickly but that's where it ends - they ignore the issues you raise, pretend to misinterpret and misunderstand so as to frustrate and escape the problems. At first they seem polite and helpful, but they have a terrible attitude when it is discovered that they have taken money without permission from your accounts, misrepresented their services and overcharged you - in my case they charged me for maintenance that had already been conducted. They also charged me incorrect (higher) fees for management as well as for finding tenants. There are many and far more experienced and responsive real estate agents in the area who actually know what they are doing.
