They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They refuse to take responsibility for any of the their actions and my property is destroyed now due to their negligence. They essentially falsified various routine inspection reports, despite the tenant smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the house and living as a hoarder. There is extensive water damage, mould growth and general uncleanliness to the point where the property is unliveable.
