I have had the misfortune of speaking with Mr. Adam White over the phone. An experience that haunts me to this day.
He routinely talked down to me (a young female), yelled at me, and used his sarcastic (dim)wit to express his caveman-like thoughts. Finally, when the conversation moved to email, his communications were scarcely literate, riddled with grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and an overwhelming air of Cert IV superiority. He made no attempt at basic nor decent human interaction, instead opting to showcase his noxious work style and Trump-like qualities in speaking down to those (often more intelligent than he) around him. He is pointlessly vicious, lies consistently and brazenly, and is severely lacking in, what can only be described as a toddler-level communication style.
He is also one of the laziest alleged “professionals” I have ever witnessed. His reaction to polite requests was met with overt idiocy and impertinence, usually in the form of sarcastic language, whinging, and complaints as to why his own job must be done.
Judging by these reviews, it is no wonder VCAT have been consulted. The sheer level of toxicity, underperformance, and enthusiasm when given the chance to harass a customer, client, or regular person, all contribute in making this business the underperforming cesspool that it is.
It is therefore no surprise that his conduct appears to be encouraged by TeskaCarson. Instead of handling these issues like professionals, they continue to lie to their customers and employ viper-like staff who will never be held accountable.
Whether you are a tenant, landlord or everyday member of the public whoever has the misfortune of contacting Adam White - I would recommend running, if not sprinting, for the hills. He is as much a misogynistic buffoon as he is an illiterate underachiever. | | |
