Rude and arrogant service. Reporting this agent to Fair Trading Victoria. Never conducted a house inspection or checked references. Described back yard as "secure" with huge holes in the fence, and listed everything on the condition report as clean when the entire house was filthy, had rodent droppings, and old food left in the cupboards.
